Return & Refund Policy – Akshra Collection

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Product:
Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos as proof. We will resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or worn products
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards

Exchange:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI.

Shipping Charges:
Return shipping charges may be applicable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
